Access is granted by an administrator and is personal to you. Do not share your credentials, allow another person to use your account, or attempt to access the portal after your access has been removed.

The portal may be used only for legitimate HUB Risk Services business: recording client information, documenting consulting activity, tracking action items, and maintaining safety and risk management records.

Client information in this portal is confidential. Do not export, forward, publish, or otherwise disclose it except as required to deliver services to that client and as permitted by HUB policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the notes, checklist statuses, action items, and files you record. Activity entries are part of the client service record and should reflect what actually occurred.

Best-practice checklists and recommendations in this portal are risk management guidance. They are not a representation of coverage, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that loss will be prevented. Coverage is governed solely by the terms of the applicable insurance policy.

Use of the portal may be monitored for security and compliance. HUB may suspend or remove access at any time, including on separation of employment or misuse of the system.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
